DELIVERY & ACCESS DETAILS
1) Digital Product Delivery
All products sold on Happilogist.com are digital products only.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Video Series

Audio Guides (MP3)
Affirmation Cards
Printable Stickers (PNG/PDF)
Mood & Habit Trackers (Notion / Google Sheets)

After successful payment:
No physical shipping, courier, or tangible goods are involved.
Digital products are delivered instantly or within a short processing time.
Access may be provided through:
email
secure download link
account access
WhatsApp delivery
other digital method as applicable
2) Online Session Delivery
Happilogist online sessions are delivered digitally through:
• Audio call sessions
• Google Meet Sessions
Session format depends on the option selected at booking.
Typical session duration:
• Minimum: 15 minutes
• Average: 30–45 minutes
• Maximum: 60 minutes
Duration may vary depending on topic depth, package type, and user needs.
After booking confirmation:
Sessions are conducted online only (no physical meeting).
Session timing is shared through email or message.
Users receive communication details before the scheduled time.
Users are responsible for being available on the selected communication method.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1) Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded:
No cancellation is allowed.
No refund is provided.
No return is applicable.
Refunds are not provided for:
change of mind
personal dissatisfaction
incorrect expectation
inability to use the product after delivery
2) Online Sessions
For online sessions (Audio Call or Google Meet):
Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled session time.
If cancellation is requested after confirmation, refund eligibility may depend on internal review.
If the user does not join or respond at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a no-show.
No refund will be provided for no-show cases.
3) Rescheduling
Session rescheduling may be possible if requested in advance.
Rescheduling depends on availability and scheduling capacity.
Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accepted.
4) Technical Issues
Refund or redelivery may be considered only if there is a verified technical issue from our side, such as:
file not delivered
broken access link
incorrect download access
payment completed but order not received
In such situations, we first attempt to resolve the issue by restoring access or re-sending the product.
5) Duplicate Payment
If duplicate payment is successfully verified, the extra amount may be refunded.
6) Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment provider or bank timeline.
