Session at Questor Therapy
✓ We offer ‘Questioning’ only online session mode. (no physical meet).
✓ One session is for 45-60 minutes.
✓ For non-therapy questioning, certified clients may pay an amount of their choice. For scheduled weekly therapy sessions (2–3 hours), the fee is fixed and must be paid in advance.
✓ The first 2-4 sessions will involve a comprehensive evaluation of your needs. Questioning and Therapy do not always guarantee a positive outcome as the results vary from person to person and achieving a positive outcome depends upon the client’s willingness and efforts to change. You are, however, free to terminate the service at any given point, if unsatisfied.
✓ Due to the nature of services involved, we provide no refund (in case of termination of services either by the client or the happilogist) for any of the programs you are enrolled in with us.
✓ The happilogist / Questor will keep the information you share confidential, unless they have your written consent to disclose certain information.
✓ Please note that to better meet your needs, your happilogist / Questor may refer you to conduct a psychometric assessment.
✓ If you are receiving treatment or counseling from other medical facilities or services, your happilogist may contact your doctor or person in charge with your consent.
✓ We do not prescribe medication, but if requested or required as per your happilogist / Questor’s opinion, we may refer you to another health care professional depending on the severity of your condition.
Confidentiality
• Information discussed during your therapy session and all documentation is kept private and confidential.
Questors don’t disclose your information without your consent. Some very important exceptions to this rule are:
(1) If there is a legal responsibility for the therapist to release information contained in records.
(2) Non-therapy session fees will be paid as per the client’s choice (After session).
(3) The fee for the only questor therapy session is to be paid before taking the session by happilogist.
• Questors may present your case at professional conferences or study groups in order to enhance their skills and knowledge. Your personal information will be de-identified to protect your confidentiality.
Rights and Responsibilities as a Client
Rights
✓ You have the right to ask questions about anything that happens in therapy.
✓ You have the right to considerate, safe and respectful care, without discrimination as to race, ethnicity, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, or source of payment.
✓ You have the right to ask questions about any aspects of therapy and any specific training and experience of your Happilogist / Questor.
✓ You have the right to expect that your Happilogist / Questor will not or try to have social or sexual relationship with you during or after you are no longer a client.
Responsibilities
✓ You are responsible to make an advance payment for your questor therapy session unless we have made other firm arrangements.
✓ You are responsible to come for the session on schedule time (Online Mode), if you are late, we will end on time and not run over into the next client’s session.
✓ Your relationship with your Happilogist / Questor is solely for availed therapeutic treatment and a professional relationship.
✓ You will not have any inappropriate or try to have a (talking about sexual topics & love relationship with your Happilogist / Questor after end of the full session and Questor therapy session.
